WDPL Whatsapp Group

Team Whatsapp Group – Terms of engagement

  1. Who is on the group? 2 groups – clinical and operational. Members to include current employed and self employed team members. All participants can add entries.
  2. When to message?   Try to message in weekday daytime hours 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday
  3. What should we use it for? Clinical/operational updates. Team/Brisdoc news. Toolkit updates.  Learning opportunities (forum reminders, etc).  Meeting reminders. Social plans.
  4. What not to use it for? Urgent clinical questions. Sickness reporting. Patient identifiable information. Memes/GIF
  5. Notifications – can be modified in the app and individual groups can be muted for various lengths of time (eg. 1 week).
  6. Starred messages – Important messages can be starred by individuals to make them easier to find in future.
