Sickness Reporting

1) For all clinical shifts (both in and out of hours) if you cannot work for any reason (eg. sickness, emergency carer’s leave, etc) please inform us as soon as you know. This might be outside office hours, in which case, the IUC shift managers can now attempt to find cover. See below for numbers to call.
2) You may get text messages to check your availability to cover shifts at short notice. If you do not want to receive these texts, please let the rota team know.

Monday to Sunday 08:00-23:00 - 0117 3459083 Osprey Shift Manager

Monday to Sunday 23:00-08:00 - 07748 931309 Marksbury Road overnight Shift Manager

 
Monday – Friday  08:00 – 18:30 Call the Rota team 0117 937 0900 (Option 3)  
Please call the weekday Osprey shift manager if you are unable to reach rota team 0117 3459083
For non urgent changes to availability: Email  brisdoc.rotateam@nhs.net
PLEASE DO NOT REPORT SICKNESS VIA EMAIL/TEXT/WHATSAPP
