Raising Concerns / Whistle blowing

Updated on 1st November 2024

SevernSide promotes a culture of openness, please feel free to talk to any of the team if you have concerns or queries, we would like to hear from you.  We would encourage you to talk to your Lead Clinician initially if you are employed or one of the Lead Team if you are self-employed.  If you do not feel able to talk to your Lead Clinician or any member of the Lead Team, any member of the team would be pleased to speak with you.

If you feel unable to voice your concerns within the team at SevernSide you can contact one of our Freedom to Speak up Guardians.  Kelvin Blake and Margaret Hickman are Non-Executive Directors of Brisdoc. They are not involved in BrisDoc’s line management arrangements and are independently able to support and advise you on your concerns.

  • Kelvin Blake                kelv.blake@gmail.com
  • Margaret Hickman      marghickman@me.com

The BrisDoc whistle blowing policy can be found on Radar.
