Introduction
PaCCS (Pathways Clinical Consultation Support Tool) is a triage tool, built by NHS Pathways that will enable you to direct patients to external services from the system CAS digitally.
PACCS will allow you to refer your patient digitally directly to the Ambulance Service

Digital Referrals to the following services:
- Emergency Departments (Weston, BRI, NBT)
- UTC (South Bristol community hospital)
- MIU’s (Yate/ Clevedon)
Can be arranged by using the 'Agency referral ' button on CLEO instead.
PACCS can be used for referrals to General practice via GP Connect.

End of Training Test
Press test yourself button and click radio button to complete the course.
- There is a known issue with the radio button in CHROME where it cant be pressed. It has been logged with the DLS helpdesk.
