Courses for prospective UUSC Clinical Supervisors
Wednesday 30th September 2026, 7pm - 9.30pm (session 1)
AND
Wednesday 11th November 2026, 7pm - 9.30pm (session 2)
Are you a GP who regularly works in the UUSC setting? Would you like to become an UUSC Clinical Supervisor to provide support and guidance to trainee GPs during their UUSC shifts?
If so, then please join NHS England’s two-part prospective UUSC CS course lead by Dr Andy Eaton, Training Programme Director and UUSC Clinical Supervisor Lead.

There is no charge for the course. The course is virtual, conducted via Zoom. Prospective UUSC CSs need to attend both sessions to work as an UUSC Clinical Supervisor.
Session 1 - UUSC Requirements and regulations for GP trainees; learning and teaching; getting started; record keeping.
Session 2 - Progress and problems; giving feedback; helping trainees become more confident.
You will receive support to carry out some UUSC supervision between sessions 1 and 2.
Refresher Course for current UUSC Clinical Supervisors
Wednesday 11th November 2026, 7pm - 9.30pm (session 2)
Are you a current UUSC Clinical Supervisor that has not attended UUSC CS refresher training in the last three years AND does not currently supervise a GP trainee as an Educational Supervisor?
If so, then you need to join Dr Andy Eaton, Training Programme Director and UUSC Clinical Supervisor Lead, on an UUSC CS refresher course.
