Please use the NBT Hyperkalaemia Guidelines.
A note on ECGs in hyperkalaemia:
The Renal Association Guidelines do not reference how quickly an ECG should be performed in the community aside from quoting “urgent” for inpatient results. In the community, the need for an "urgent" ECG will need to be considered based on the hyperkalaemia severity and likelihood of it being genuine. A well patient with no AKI and a potassium result <6.5 may not require admission simply for an ECG.
