GP Connect – Urgent Follow-Up User Guide & Training Video

Updated on 3rd August 2025

GP Connect enables authorised clinicians to securely access a patient’s GP record to support safe, effective urgent care.
In Cleo, only PaCCS-trained clinicians currently have access to GP Connect.

If you are not PaCCS-trained and your patient requires urgent follow-up with their own GP, please select PLS at the end of your consultation. This ensures the follow-up request is sent directly to the patient’s GP practice.
